About the Project
We designed a modern website for the company that began grant and incentive consulting activities individually in 2014 and moved them under a corporate structure as the ZEF Consulting brand in 2017. Expanding its service scope over time with accumulated experience and a strengthened team, ZEF Consulting offers consulting services to help businesses benefit more effectively from different public supports, grant, and incentive programs.
The main goal of the project was to present a large number of support programs within a single digital platform without making them complex, and to enable visitors to reach the service they need as quickly as possible. Accordingly, we created a clear content architecture that categorizes services by institution and support type.
We handled a broad service range—from Ministry of Trade supports to export and e-export supports, from Ministry of Industry and Technology supports to investment incentive certificates, and from TÜBİTAK, KOSGEB, and development agency supports—within an understandable navigation structure. By organizing different programs under KOSGEB and TÜBİTAK under separate headings as well, we aimed for users to reach the program they are looking for more easily.
In the project prepared with our Mersin web design approach, we adopted a clear design language that supports the sense of trust and professionalism required by the consulting sector. On a website where service content is front and center, mobile compatibility, responsive structure, and SEO-friendly page architecture were also among the project’s core components.
Considering that service programs may change over time and new supports may be added, we created a manageable and scalable content infrastructure. In this way, we enabled ZEF Consulting’s digital communication structure to adapt to its future service scope.
With the project we prepared as Mavi Kedi Advertising Agency, we created a modern digital platform that professionally presents ZEF Consulting’s consulting experience, broad service scope, and work on different support programs.

Challenge
In the areas where ZEF Consulting provides services, there are many institutions, support programs, and different application types. Presenting such a broad service scope without looking complex to users, and enabling visitors to quickly reach the support program suited to their needs, was one of the project’s core challenges.
Solution
We created a clear content hierarchy by first grouping services under the relevant institution and support headings. Under main headings such as KOSGEB, TÜBİTAK, Ministry of Trade, Ministry of Industry and Technology, and development agencies, we separated related programs into distinct content areas. In this way, we built a structure where visitors can easily review both general consulting services and specific support programs.
