About the Project
We designed a personal website for İhsan Gültekin, who combines education and work experience gained across different sectors into a professional career spanning many years. The main goal of the project was not merely to present a long career history as a chronological résumé, but to transform it into a modern digital structure where visitors can easily follow his personal and professional journey.
His education path—from a life that began in Mersin to Mechanical Engineering studies at Erciyes University, and then to an MBA completed in the United States—continues with senior management experience in the international logistics sector in New York. After returning to Turkey, management roles in agricultural product exports and the healthcare sector also demonstrate the experience he has gained across different fields.
In the website’s content architecture, we treated these different periods as a whole. By presenting information about education, international working life, agricultural product exports, healthcare institution management, and personal life within a clear structure, we enabled visitors to follow İhsan Gültekin’s career journey comfortably.
In the project we prepared with our Mersin web design experience, we adopted a clear and professional visual language that highlights a personal brand approach. In a design where content is front and center, we avoided unnecessary visual clutter and focused on the person’s experience, education, and management background across different sectors.
Thanks to the responsive infrastructure, we made the website compatible across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices; with an SEO-friendly page structure and manageable content infrastructure, we created a digital identity that can be updated over the long term.

Challenge
Communicating a long career history across different sectors within a single website without appearing fragmented was one of the project’s core challenges. Engineering education, the graduate and work period in the United States, international logistics, agricultural exports, and healthcare management—very different experiences—needed to be presented as a cohesive whole under a shared personal brand.
Solution
We handled the career journey with a chronological and understandable content structure. While highlighting education and professional experience, we also made the personal connection with Mersin a natural part of the site’s narrative. In this way, we created a structure where visitors can easily understand not only roles and titles, but also the professional accumulation formed by experience gained across different sectors.
